The Kent Rangers
Who are the Kent Rangers?
Why two teams?
Woodsball / recball is a popular sport and attracts a wide variety of players.
Some players wish to and can make a serious commitment to regular paintball; others cannot or do not wish to.
The Kent Rangers and Kent Volunteers provide a means for including both types of player within one overall organisation to allow maximum enjoyment of team based woodsball.
The Kent Rangers are a smaller team and have stricter entry criteria than the Kent Volunteers.
Kent Rangers must have their own paintball marker and other equipment sufficient to be able play in 'scenario games'
Kent Rangers must be willing to attend regular team events.
Kent Rangers are selected from those Kent Volunteers displaying a particular level of skills and commitment
The Kent Volunteers are recreational: unlike the Kent Rangers, players do not have to possess extensive equipment and there are no compulsory events to attend.
The Kent Volunteers act as an entry point for the Kent Rangers, and play together at large scenario events.
